Paid plans add cloud storage, sync and team features. ## Bots and chat Chat with bots, create new ones, import yours and control what they can do. - [How do I chat with a bot?](https://help.locul.ai/articles/chat-with-a-bot): Click a bot in the list on the left, type your message in the box at the bottom and press Enter. It frees up as older use drops out. Add Gmail, Calendar or Notion in Claude, then click Refresh in Settings, Connected apps. ## Bots marketplace Install ready-made bots and list your own. - [Install a bot from the Marketplace](https://help.locul.ai/articles/install-a-bot-from-the-marketplace): Open Marketplace in the left rail, pick a bot, click Get it free or buy it, then click Install. It is added as a new bot and your existing bots stay untouched. - [List your own bot on the Marketplace](https://help.locul.ai/articles/list-your-own-bot-on-the-marketplace): Open Marketplace, click List your bot, fill in the six steps and submit. A person reviews every bot before it goes live, usually within a day. ## Teams and billing Seats, plans, invoices and larger deployments. - [Buy Locul for your team](https://help.locul.ai/articles/buy-locul-for-your-team): Choose the Team plan on locul.ai/pricing, sign in with your work email and start checkout. The plan follows the email you check out with. - [Manage your plan and billing](https://help.locul.ai/articles/manage-your-plan-and-billing): Open Settings, then Account, and click Manage billing to change your card, see invoices, update VAT details or cancel your plan. - [Plan not showing after you paid](https://help.locul.ai/articles/plan-not-showing-after-you-paid): Your plan belongs to the email you checked out with. Sign in to Locul with that email, or use Claim a purchase in Settings, Account to move it. - [Large teams, SSO and on-premise](https://help.locul.ai/articles/large-teams-sso-and-on-premise): For large teams, single sign-on, or Locul hosted in your country or on your own servers, email sales@locul.ai. We reply within one working day. ## Privacy and security Where your data lives and how to stay in control of it. - [Where does my data go?](https://help.locul.ai/articles/where-does-my-data-go): Your notes and memory database stay on your computer. A memory backup syncs to Locul's cloud unless you pick Local-only. Locul never sells your data. - [Security and audit log](https://help.locul.ai/articles/security-and-audit-log): Settings, then Security and audit, lists every sensitive action on your memories by you or your bots. Entries can't be edited, and you can export them. - [Delete your account and data](https://help.locul.ai/articles/delete-your-account-and-data): To delete your Locul account and cloud data, email support@locul.ai from your account email. Data on your computer you can delete yourself. ## Troubleshooting and support Fix common problems and reach the team. - [Locul will not install or open](https://help.locul.ai/articles/locul-will-not-install-or-open): On Windows, click More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, drag Locul to Applications and click Open if asked. Needs Apple Silicon or Windows 10 or 11. - [Update Locul](https://help.locul.ai/articles/update-locul): Locul checks for updates on its own. When one is ready, a bar at the top says a new version is available. Click Install & restart. - [AI app will not connect to Locul](https://help.locul.ai/articles/ai-app-will-not-connect-to-locul): Connect the app in Settings, Connected apps, restart the AI app, then click Recheck.
